Product coverage depends on the manufacturer and the item installed. We help you reach the manufacturer if a product fails.
Free 12-month check-up
We’ll call one year after your remodel to schedule your free check-up, then come out and inspect the work.

The free 12-month check-up is a one-time visit, not a required annual service. What we look at depends on the project — for a shower, joints, hardware and anything you’ve noticed; for a floor, transitions and base trim.
