This Privacy Policy explains how Hugo Home Improvement LLC (“HHI”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website, social media pages or related online services (the “Services”), including SMS/MMS messaging.
1. Text messages (SMS): how you opt in
We send text messages only to people who agreed to receive them on a form on this website (homeremodelingnd.com). Our forms have two separate SMS checkboxes. Both are unchecked by default and both are optional — you can send any form without checking them:
- Request and appointment texts — replies to your request, appointment confirmations and reminders, and project updates.
- Promotional texts — occasional offers and news about our services.
Checking a box is not a condition of any purchase. We do not buy, rent or import phone numbers, and we do not text numbers that have not opted in this way.
2. What we keep about your SMS consent
When you check an SMS box we store your mobile number, which box you checked, the exact consent wording you saw and its version, the date and time, and the page where you submitted the form. We use this only to send the messages you agreed to and to prove your consent. Opt-outs are recorded the same way.
3. Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop all text messages from us (STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT also work). You will get one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
4. Mobile information is not shared
No mobile information — including your phone number and the fact that you opted in to text messages — is ever sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone except the providers that deliver our text messages (our CRM and its telecom carriers).
5. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, phone number, ZIP code and details about your project.
- Automatically collected: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags or ad click IDs) used to understand how you found us.
6. How we use it
- To respond to your request and provide estimates and services
- To send confirmations, updates and appointment reminders by phone, email or — only if you opted in — text message
- To measure and improve our website and advertising
7. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example our CRM, website hosting, and our financing partner when you choose to apply), when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety. Mobile information is handled as described in section 4.
8. Cookies, analytics and ad measurement
We use cookies and similar tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity) to understand how the site is used and to measure our own ads. When you submit a form, a one-way hashed (encrypted) copy of your email and phone number may be sent to Google Ads so it can count the conversion from our ad; it is used only for that measurement. Your SMS consent status is never sent to advertising platforms. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
9. Data security
We use reasonable physical, electronic and administrative safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. Children’s privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Our text messages are only for people 18 or older.

You can visit our site anonymously, this policy is linked from every page, and you can contact us to update your information.
12. Changes
We may update this policy and will post changes on this page.
